It works well on coated steels. It is ideal for single or multiple pass applications without the need of shielding gas. Wire finds applications in general fabrication, galvanized steels and repair welds. It features fast freezing, basic/fluoride type and flux-cored wire slag system. Wire features better operator appeal while offering enhanced productivity. It is versatile being ideal for various applications. It is great for welding outdoors and helps to pressure weld integrity while minimizing re-work. It features splendid bead appearance and better slag removal. It can be cleaned up easily and quickly. It is also applicable in non-alloyed and fine grain steels, pre-fab construction, rail car repairs, short assembly welds and light structurals, machine parts and tanks. It has less tendency to burn through and is great for butt, fillet and lap joints on steel thicknesses from 16 gauge - 3/8".
