Lincoln Electric® Super Arc® ER100S-G/ER110S-G/EM2 LA-100 Low Alloy Steel MIG Welding Wire of 0.035" Dia is applicable for HY-80 base materials, welding quenched and tempered steels and military low alloy applications. Welding wire is a composition of low carbon, high manganese, high silicon, 1.87% nickel with 0.35% molybdenum material that offers excellent impact properties, even when welded at high heat inputs. Wire supports short-circuiting, globular, axial and pulsed spray transfer by using mixed shielding gas with 30 - 50 CFH flow rate. It is designed to produce weld deposits with minimum yield strength of 100 kpsi while providing superior feeds with excellent arc stability. MIG welding wire is designed for meeting MIL-E-23765/2C, /2D, /2E specifications as a MIL-100S-1 classification and comes in a 44 lb steel spool.
Features
This MIG wire’s composition is characterized as follows: Low carbon, high manganese, high silicon, 1.87% nickel and .35% molybdenum
