  • Lincoln Electric® Super Arc® ER80S-D2/ER90S-D2/EA3K LA-90 Low Alloy Steel MIG Welding Wire of 0.045" Dia is applicable in high temperature servicing applications like cranes, construction equipment, power plants, piping and blowers. Welding wire is a low carbon, high manganese, high silicon copper coated MIG wire including 0.5% molybdenum and is preferred when strength after stress relief is crucial. Wire supports short-circuiting, globular, axial and pulsed spray transfer by using mixed shielding gas with 100% CO2. Wire features an excellent operator appeal with no gun chatter or feeding instability and has uniform weld deposit chemistry. It is designed to minimize wear and tear on gun liners and contact tips using low feed forces. Wire offers a very quiet stable arc with less spatter deposition to reduce clean-up time while increasing productivity and is designed to minimize defects, scrap or re-work with fluid puddle, good wash-in at weld toes or flat weld beads. MIG welding wire is designed for delivering an optimum performance when tensile strength in excess of 80 - 90 Kpsi is required. It is always advised to use in accordance with the material safety data sheet and comes in a 44 lb steel spool.
