Item Details

  • Lincoln Electric® Super Arc® ER80S-Ni1/ENi1K LA-75 Low Alloy Steel MIG Welding Wire with 0.045" Dia comes on a 33 lb steel spool. Premium copper coated, low alloy MIG wire achieves optimal mechanical properties with a 98 - 95% argon, 2 - 5% oxygen shielding gas blend. It can be welded with 90% argon, 10% carbon dioxide gas blend as well as 75% argon, 25% carbon dioxide mixture. It renders best weld deposit with atmospheric corrosion resistance for ASTM A588 weathering steels. Welding wire is certified to meet 80,000 psi minimum tensile strength while charpy V-notch impact testing meets or exceeds 20 ft.lb at -50 deg F.
