Norton® NEON™ R766 Type 27 Flat 60 Grit Flap Disc measuring 4 1/2" Dia X 7/8" is made from aluminum oxide abrasive material. Flap disc with a speed of 13300 RPM has flexible, trimmable plastic backing that requires less pressure at peak performance. Plastic backing wears away as disc grinds that allows for full use of the flap. Disc with standard flap density offers longer life and faster cut rate. It is suitable for various application requirements from roughing to blending. It is economical and is designed for difficult to grind materials like aluminum, brass, bronze, stainless, carbon steel and titanium.
