Do you use more than 30 high-pressure cylinders or one liquid cylinder per month? Are you looking to save time lost to changing cylinders? Want to stop returning cylinders with gas still in the tank? Reduce supply interruptions? Increase safety?

As your need for higher gas volumes increases, it’s time to consider an integrated, streamlined alternative to changing out cylinders or dealing with dewars.

Reliant. Convenient. Uninterrupted.

Airgas MicroBulk is a cost-effective gas management solution that provides the efficiencies of bulk delivery to smaller volume users of nitrogen, oxygen, argon and carbon dioxide.

Eliminate hassles. Reduce costs. Increase safety.

With a tank capacity equal to 25 to 50 cylinders, Airgas MicroBulk offers a wide range of benefits, including uninterrupted supply, more savings and fewer administrative obligations.

Better still, you only pay for the gas you use—there’s no residual gas loss (typically as much as 20%) from returned cylinders and there’s very little venting of MicroBulk tanks. And because there’s no need to handle cylinders, Airgas MicroBulk increases on-site safety and frees up personnel.

Airgas MicroBulk eliminates:

  • Gas run out
  • Cylinder handling & changeouts
  • Residual gas loss
  • Lost-cylinder costs

Airgas MicroBulk reduces:

  • Usage (up to 30%)
  • Safety risks
  • Orders, deliveries and invoices
  • Inventory control costs
  • Cylinder storage space
  • Contaminants entering your supply

Airgas MicroBulk increases:

  • On-site safety
  • Operational performance
  • Delivery efficiency
  • Administrative capacity

Wide range of applications

This system works well with applications such as laser cutting, analytical laboratories, welding and fabrication, food packaging, chemical processing, heat treating, PH control and much more.

MicroBulk tanks

MicroBulk tanks are available in a variety of sizes (230 - 1,500 liters). Each tank can deliver pressure up to 450 psig (3,100 kPa). Gas or liquid can then be efficiently piped to each point of use.
