Lincoln Electric® Innershield® NR®-233 Self Shielded Flux Core Carbon Steel Tubular Welding Wire with 1/16 " Dia features increased feedability and promotes smooth arc transfer by increasing wire stiffness. Wire can be easily broken off at the end without tools for good re-strike. Wire offers easy operability with easy control arc and forgiving weld puddle even out of place. It is capable of exceeding temperature 27 J at -29deg C for impact properties. Self-shielded, Flux Core wire comes in a 25 lb plastic spool. It is designed for seismic structural steel erection and fabrication, ship as well as barge fabrication, general structural steel erection and fabrication, vertical up and overhead fillets as well as groove welds. Wire is tested to meet the mechanical property requirements of AWS D1. It conforms to AWS A5.20/A5.20M: 2005 E71T-8, ASME SFA-A5.20:, E71T-8, ABS: E71T-8 and FEMA standards.
